Parents / Non-Commercial - DrugWipe Drug Detection Kit

DrugWipe Drug Detection Kit

An ADTC tech will come to your home and wipe down your teen’s possessions or any part of your house or place. “Teens who are not regularly monitored by the parent are four times more likely to use drugs.”-ONDCP.

Protect your child by testing surfaces for five major categories of drugs: Cannabis (Marijuana), Cocaine, Amphetamine, Methamphetamine and Opiates.

The great part of this type of testing is that you can test for drugs without your kids knowing it. An ADTC tech will test when they are at school or away somewhere.

DrugWipe strategies:

1. Talk:  Before you decide to have an ADTC tech come in, chat with your young’n about the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Be sure they understand how wrong it is to do drugs. Stress the dangers, but also stress that if they are caught, you will discipline them.  Have a Plan of Discipline before the chat. Check out your kid’s friends, too. And talk with your sons and daughters or others about drugs and alcohol when they are young.  Don’t wait until middle or high school.

2. Test: Call us to send our technician to wipe down surfaces. ADTC does offer various instant drug testing kits as well, especially the “Parents’ Package”; see www.americandtc.com for additional information. Even if your child is not “using,” he or she may be “trafficking” in drugs. Our device will show that, too. ADTC works with national labs, so if you’d like to send your child to a collection center in your area, ADTC likely has a lab form for that. Just ask us.

3. Confront: If the ADTC tech finds contaminated drug residues in your child’s room or on his or hers possessions, you should confront your child with the report provided to you by ADTC, and learn what your child thinks, while insisting that he or she takes a drug test. Implement the punishment you have decided on in the above #1.

4. Confirm Results: If your child’s possessions indicate drug use, consider testing your child with an instant drug testing kit sold by ADTC.  Your child just urinates into the cup and within 5 minutes, you’ll know which of ten drugs he or she is on.

5. Monitor: Call ADTC on a regular basis to do follow-up checks on your child. Continue to observe your child and to rely on your discipline system; just make sure it’s fair and consistent.
